Once you are inside the customer information section, go to USERS tab to assign different roles to the users from your organization based on the level of accessibility you want them to have.

  • Fill in the required details

  • Under ROLE(s) drop-down list, you can select one or more than one role for a user. To understand what each role can do, read the article Culture Intelligence user permission guide

  • After selecting the role(s), select ACTIVE from Status drop-down list.

  • Once a user is created, the user will be able to login to the platform using the registered email address and password.

  • If the user wants to change the password, he/she can do so by clicking on Forgot your password? in the login screen.
