Case: Describing an organisation that of customer teams, an administration department and 3 tech teams:

Then click on the import attributes and download the template:
You then get an excel template. For the case above you need 2 sheets with proper naming:
Save the excel sheet and select choose excel to upload:

Note: changing attributes after surveys have started may cause problems since they are used in reporting
