After adding participants to a survey, you can run an e-mail verification to get the real-time detailed information on the validity of email addresses.
Once you have added the participants to a survey, click on MORE ACTIONS drop-down list and select Run email verification
The system will provide real-time detailed information on the validity of email addresses. The following e-mail status is presented:
Not Validated - need to run validation
Valid - identified as ok.
Invalid - not a valid e-mail
Risky - might not be valid, should be verified. This could appear if the e-mail domain is new.
To filter the participants on email address, click on Filter button and select the email status from the drop down list.
