If you have forgotten your password, or you just want to change your password, then navigate to the Culture Intelligence app.
If you are already signed into the app you have to sign out first using the "Logout" action on the profile menu in the upper right corner:
Forgot your password
Click on the "Forgot my password" link to start the process.
Verify email address
Enter the email for your account and click "Send verification code". You will shortly receive an email with a six-digit code.
Enter the code and click "Verify code". When the code is verified, click "Continue".
Verify 2FA code
Open the Authenticator app on your device and locate the 2FA account that you created when you signed up. Enter the current code and click "Verify".
New password
Choose a new password and enter it in both the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" field.
The password complexity requirements will be shown and help you choose a strong password.
When you are ready, click "Continue". When the new password is set, you will be logged in. Welcome, and good luck managing your culture!
