The first thing you should do before signing in to your Culture Intelligence account is to understand the structure of the platform.

Signing up, or signing in?
If you have been invited to sign up with Culture Intelligence, please follow this guide to create your account and then sign in.
If you are already a registered user, go to app.cultureintelligence.io and login

If you were not able to login please contact the admin of your team and make sure that you have been registered. If the problem persists, send us an email to get@support.cultureintelligence.io
Once you are logged in, you will get a dialog box where you can search for a customer.
Click on Search for a customer box to search for the customer you want to work on.
If you wish to continue with the previously selected customer close the dialog box.

You can select the customer in two different ways:
Type the name of the customer in search dialog box and click on SEARCH button.
Tick the Show all Customers box and select the customer.
If you cannot find your customer:
Close the dialog box and create a new customer
Contact Culture Intelligence team (you might not have the required role).
